Alpine Wool Arts fulfills orders with care and attention to detail. Each piece is inspected prior to shipment to ensure clarity of form and material integrity.

Shipping

Orders are processed within three to five business days unless otherwise noted.

Domestic shipments are sent via UPS. Tracking information is provided upon dispatch. Delivery timelines vary by destination and carrier conditions.

Responsibility for shipped items transfers to the purchaser once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

International shipping rates and timelines are available upon request.

Returns

All sales are final.

If an item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within five days of receipt with photographs of the packaging and item for review.

We encourage careful review of product descriptions, dimensions, and materials prior to purchase. Questions are welcome before ordering.
